Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal’s checkout — you don’t need a PayPal account to use a card.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order (starting at $4.95 for single shirts, with estimated delivery dates shown at checkout).
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can. Items are printed to order, so once a piece goes into production we can’t change the size, colour or address.
Sizing and fabric
What sizes do you carry?
Most tees run S through 3XL. A few styles go from XS up to 5XL, and accessories like socks and caps use their own sizing. The size menu on each product page lists exactly what that piece comes in — if a size isn’t listed there, we don’t have it.
How do they fit?
Unisex, regular fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser tee, size up.
What are they made of?
Most tees are 100% ring-spun cotton, 4.5 oz/yd², pre-shrunk, with shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Two exceptions: Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester, and Dark Heather is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The full spec for each piece is on its product page.
How should I wash them?
Cold wash, inside out, and tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on the print.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Across the United States, including Puerto Rico.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. If we printed it wrong or it turned up damaged, we’ll replace it and you don’t pay to send anything back. Full details are in our returns and refund policy.
Can I return something because it doesn’t fit?
Because every piece is printed to order, we can’t resell a returned item, so we don’t take returns for fit or for a change of mind. Check the size menu on the product page before you order, and email us if you’re unsure — we’d rather answer first than swap later.
The brand
Do you sell cannabis?
No. MOTA sells printed cotton — tees, caps, socks and sandals. We don’t sell cannabis, edibles, vapes, or smoking accessories of any kind, and we never have.
